Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with any accessories and packaging. To start a return, email angheloc55@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

Non-returnable situations

We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged through misuse, or requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
